Kabatilo Mill began its operations in 1953 with its first shop located in Souq Al-Sukar in downtown Amman — one of the oldest commercial markets in the Kingdom. The mill was founded by the late Hajj Marwan Salah Al-Din Kabatilo, a pioneer with a creative vision in industry and trade. This rich legacy was carried on by Hajj Maher Marwan Kabatilo and his sons, who remain committed to providing high-quality products in line with the evolving commercial landscape.

Kabatilo Mill continues to produce the finest spices and seasonings, premium za’atar blends, top-quality coffee, nuts, luxury chocolates, and authentic Arabic and Western sweets, along with a wide selection of herbs, legumes, and grains.
